Bar Tab Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is The Crown, located at 86 Highgate High Street, London N6 5HX (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Proof of age may be required.
How to Enter
There are two free ways to enter the prize draw:
Online Entry
Complete the sign-up form in the pub or via the Promoter’s website by providing your email address.
Entrants may also choose to opt in to receive marketing emails from the Promoter, but this is not required to enter the prize draw.
Free Postal Entry
Send your full name and email address to:
The Crown, located at 86 Highgate High Street, London N6 5HX.
Postal entries must be received before the relevant draw closing date. Only one postal entry per person per draw is permitted.
Entry Periods & Draw Dates
The first prize draw will take place on 15 March 2026.
From 1 April 2026, one prize draw will take place each calendar month until further notice.
Entries received after a draw closes will be included in the next monthly draw.
The Prize
The March winner will receive a £100 bar tab to be redeemed at The Crown.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available
Must be redeemed in a single visit unless agreed otherwise by the Promoter
May be subject to availability and licensing laws
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received for that draw.
Winner Notification & Claiming the Prize
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw.
Winners must claim their prize within 28 days of the notification email.
If a winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Publicity
The Promoter may request the winner’s first name and a photo for promotional purposes. Winners are not obliged to participate.
Data Protection
Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
Email addresses provided for prize draw entry will be used to administer the competition. Entrants will only receive marketing emails if they have separately opted in to do so. Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances outside its control.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding.
This promotion is governed by English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
